NEW 2025 ENGINES QUALITY POLICY

Since 2009, the passionate professionals within our company have worked relentlessly to develop and produce innovative paramotors, now recognized worldwide for their technological advancements. The primary objectives outlined in our specifications have been not only met but surpassed, especially in terms of weight and the power delivered by our exclusive engines.

Since 2024, our teams have set new objectives to commit to:

  • Producing engines recognized as the most reliable, with MTBO and MTBF surpassing those of any other paramotor engines currently available on the market.
  • Achieving an exceptionally high customer satisfaction rate (in both product quality and after-sales service).

In line with this new direction, we began by studying all engine failure cases through feedback from the pilots flying our devices. This allowed us to identify critical components and focus on every part that could directly or indirectly impact the reliability of the engine system.

Among the high-reliability components (all 2025 engine versions) that no longer require technological improvements, we can already list:

  • Aluminum casings
  • Cylinder heads and their VITON O-rings
  • Pistons and rings
  • Starters and manual starter bells
  • Crankshafts and their polyamide cage bearings
  • Flywheels and their ignition coils
  • Clutches and clutch bells
  • Reduction pulleys with propeller mounts and their bearings
  • Airboxes and their mounting systems
  • Complete exhaust systems for the R200 Xtrem
  • Exhaust systems for the R280 Xtrem (excluding the elbow)

Components under monitoring following recent modifications:

  • R280 Xtrem exhaust elbow (significant reinforcement carried out in December 2024)
  • Cylinders with new NICASIL treatment (REVALTEC)

Components currently undergoing modifications:

  • Carburetor lever (reinforced curved and stamped steel part, replaced with a thicker, non-curved steel element)
  • Future cylinders with NICASIL treatment, entirely produced by a new supplier
  • Magnesium carburetor mount (production underway) replacing the polyamide/carbon fiber models

This edition, related to our company’s quality approach, will be updated as our engine technology evolves.
